Actually, my car is a southern car (Atlanta), and I did rust proof it every year.

I re painted my rockers every other winter when I drove my e30, with the last time using POR 15.

But obviously its the owners preference in how to fix it. I just think anything with doing is worth doing at least 3/4 assed. As oppose to half.

Well Legger is looking at a $400 obo car. A rotting out, Ontario car. How much do you think he wants to spend on a restoration?
He's a racer, likes E30's, and wants a beater on a budget.
Enough said.
Maybe he should hold onto it for me, I like to work with expanding foam.... LOL
