1993 BMW 525i For Sale
It’s finally time to sell my baby.
The car is a 1993 525i. Black on black leather, 5-speed. It just rolled over 350K but still runs strong. Transmission is still smooth and engine has no hiccups at all. Idles flawlessly.
Oil changed religiously every 5,000km with synthetic. Clutch is in great shape, was replaced about 6 months ago. Many old wear parts have been replaced over the 3 years I’ve owned it. Breaks are still in good shape (rear done recently). Vehicle comes with 2 full sets of tires on 2 sets of wheels, one full summer on weaves, and one full winter on bottle caps. All rubber is still good, probably close to 50%.
Interior is in very good condition. No tears in the seats, and no stains or burns, almost no wear and tear on the seats at all. Previous owner took very good care of the interior, and I did the same. Never smoked in.
Exterior mods include:
- Euro “smiley” ellipsoid headlights
- Clear turn signals on front and back
- Smoked side markers
- 20% tint on all windows
Performance mod:
- EAT performance software from Mark D’Sylva
Perfect chip for this car. Gives it a lot more punch under 4000rpm, makes it drivable in the city.
Body is in average condition. There are virtually no dents (the whole car was PDR’d about 2 years ago). There is some typical rust on the bottoms of the doors and around the gas tank area. A few very minor scratches. Overall it’s probably a 7/10.

Haven't yet, but I don't expect any trouble in getting it done.
The e-test won't be an issue... had it done about 2 years ago and it passed with flying colours. I haven't modified anything that would change this. the safety also shouldn't be a problem as far as I know. It's been a while since a mechanic has done the full montey so to speak.
