Tach/speedo Dead not batteries or fuses.

So for what ever reason my Tach and Speedometer have stopped working ( fuel/temp/lights work).

The things I no 100% for sure it is NOT is the acutaly guage cluster( guage cluster works when put into another car) , SI board/batteries , fuses, DME, grounds.

Im really lost here Im not sure what else or where to check seems as if Im not getting power to the tach and speedo but not sure how to test that.

if anyone has any tips that would be great.
