Brake Dust on wheels

What's the best product for cleaning brake dust off the rims? and I am talking about brake dust that has been left on the wheels for very very long , so it's more like it has been baked into the lips.

I am trying blue magic, but it doesn't seem to help. What tool should I be using? Brush? Sponge?

I use P21 with a tooth brush. It will take a little time. You can use abrasive cleaner like Eagle wheel cleaner. Spray it on and wait a few minute and brush it off. Repeat again and again untill it all comes off. Don't try to do it hard in one shot, it will scratch your rims.
