Have you ever had Muscle Milk RTDs? They are a comeplete meal replacement in a 500ml carton, ready to drink. Ever since I started working roofind I've been drinking 1 or 2 per day to keep my energy levels up.

Why not just take the time to make a decent Chicken Breast meal with a side of veggies? Whole food is always better than Supplements... or protein bars

Why not... ? The only issue being there is a time restraint because most people don't have the time to cook that much... I eat on Average something like 5 Chicken Breasts a day...

congratulations. I like variety in my food, i rather eat 2 chicken breasts a day, and have a shake.

no one's arguing that real food > supplements, but supplements are more practical,
