Everything looks great except for the hoodscoope.
Julian aka Gamite has an identical e39 to yours, well its the same color but im pretty sure different kit.

My honest opinion....
1. That whole hood needs to go... the scoop doesn't belong, and it overhangs really far off the nose, that's pretty rough. It looks like it belongs to a completely different car.
2. Angel eyes... This car seriously predates them, and I don't think they work on an e34. The styles don't complement each other (the light and the car itself).
3. I don't know if I like the smoked reverse lights...
Otherwise, it looks pretty good. Nice colour, I like the M5 bodykit, looks clean.....

i don't mind the hood, minus the scoop.. the tail lights are hideous though. instead of smoking the reverse lenses, just paint them red.

I like everythin but the hood, at first i even though it was a mustang hood lol.
Does E-Ram S/C even to anything lol

I didn't notice anything of the E-ram s/c to be honest a friend bought it to his dodge ram pick up and he didn't like it so I tired it...
anyway i rmoved it along ago, i'll amend the sig.

Scoop is fine. It's subtle enough not to be obnoxious like Subarus (on the wrong car). The only issue here is the overhang. If it fit more OE like then it's good.
