325i vs 325xi Which is better to buy
I plan on buying a new BMW which would be better a 2005 325i BMW or 2005 325xi BMW?

Its personal peference, I would get the 325i, i prefer the rwd than awd. Also depends on what kind of driving you will do in the winter

As the owner of a 330xi, I say get the 325i. RWD is more fun and gets better mileage. With a set of good winter tires, you will get pretty close to AWD traction.
When you decide on a vehicle, remind the dealership to NOT touch the vehicle and get it reconditioned right away by Apollo Detailing. Dealerships use glazes and generally make a muck of a good trade. Used car dealers are the worst. I remember seeing a 1998 Ferrari Spyder a while back at a dealer in Richmond Hill. When I saw it a day or two after its arrival, it was in decent condition and only lightly swirled. One week later after a dealer wash, the Ferrari looked like it had been washed with steel wool and dawn.
Needless to say, I have more advanced techniques.

Maybe for the e36
But for the e46 Sedan > Coupe
But M3 All
The E46 Coupe looks ok, it looks like a female version of the m3 and the stock bumper is the ugliest bumper ive seen any BMW. The e46 coupe needs to be modded to look good but even heavily modified, it wont get a 2nd look next to a bone stock e46 m3 with the more agressive hood and wider fenders. The e46 sedan pre and facelift look great even when they're bone stock.

obviously you think so, since you bought one.
in my opinion
facelift coupe -> ugly
facelift sedan -> ugly
prefclft sedan -> ugly
prefclft coupe -> can be made nice (basically by modding it to look like an M)

I could never tell the difference between a 700 dollar BMW "SPA" package from the dealership to a 300 dollar "SUPREME CLEAN" at a auto detailing buisness.
if you ask me those 2 money scams can easily be avoided by going to the maxbimmer detailing forums and doing the shit your self. save your self a pretty penny.

I wouldn't say ugly.

Your car gets extra points, because it the swagger of being a vert
Obviously when it comes to the cool factor, Coupe > sedan. Even I think that I dont need a sedan and should have got a looks. TI tell myself that I should have got a coupe sometimes, i don't really need the 4 doors.

Coupes are cooler because they look more like sports cars while sedans look more like family cars, even i sometimes think about trading for a coupe...cause I dont need 4 doors....but when it comes to pure looks, the Facelift sedan is the hottest e46 save for the m3.
