Ticket help!

Hey guys,

i need some help, im gonig to Brampton Court this thursday for my 2 tickets
I know its a late notice, i received the tickets last spring.

they are improper muffler and confuse idenity of lisence plate. (at the time i had my european plate with ontario mounted onto the front bumper)

i know some people on the board might have run into these problems before

what can i expect?
how can i be prepared?

Do you have disclosure? If not, you cant expect much of an answer...

The muffler you can tell them was replaced, but you may need to show proof.

no discolsure, may it be too late for that?

proof as in pictures? or a work order, reciept

In regards to the muffler, there is nothing wrong with it, it is in working order i think he gave me a ticket maybe because of the noise, he never really said why, no noise pollution ticket, or decibel reading

It is too late to request disclosure unfortnately, and without it, I cannot tell you why the officer charged you. Improper muffler is very subjective and 'usually' not the same as a noise ticket. Is it aftermarket? If yes, you are screwed.
