Hi there.

Don't you think that exactly for safety reasons, helmets should be mandatory and not just recommended. Put all the chances on your side. Shit happens. Even if a driver signs a waiver, and because the waiver is worth absolutely nothing legally, you'll still be responsible for not enforcing a basic safety rule.

If its anyones responsibilty to make a mandatory rule about helmets, it should be the track representatives.

If somebody gets killed for not wearing a helmet, don't worry, it won't be the track reps that will be in trouble. It'll be the organizing club as they set the rules.
