I don't remember the other bars, prices and details.

Have you ever had Muscle Milk RTDs? They are a comeplete meal replacement in a 500ml carton, ready to drink. Ever since I started working roofind I've been drinking 1 or 2 per day to keep my energy levels up.
Interesting... so do you actually have a job at the supp company or do you just get deals?

Why not just take the time to make a decent Chicken Breast meal with a side of veggies? Whole food is always better than Supplements... or protein bars

Why not... ? The only issue being there is a time restraint because most people don't have the time to cook that much... I eat on Average something like 5 Chicken Breasts a day...

congratulations. I like variety in my food, i rather eat 2 chicken breasts a day, and have a shake.

no one's arguing that real food > supplements, but supplements are more practical,

I'm on 5 meals a day - some of us have jobs. I have a job and a business to run. I supplement one meal a day.

I'm a mechanical designer with experience in aerospace manufacturing. If you want custom parts made, I can design them for you, and have them made. I can also wire up just about anything in a car. I used to install standalone engine management systems at the shop I used to work at.

I can tell you right now never to buy any condo in the Cityplace area..
