just checked ebay for fun.... a case of ten Super blue fluid from BMP design is going for $85 dollars. Do you think that there would be $165 in fees/taxes/brokerage to justify a $25/unit sellling price? BMP is making a profit, so Canadian sellers are obviously sticking it to the buyer due to it's exclusivity.

edit... just saw you were paying $20 a unit yourself. Why not look into bringing it into the country yourself? Even getting it from BMP, there won't likely be $115 in fees per case, so you'll be getting it cheaper than you currently are.

I hear you... let me know if you want to split a case or something, as I'm in the US picking stuff up fairly often anyway. We can avoid the brokerage alltogether. I'll check around, and see if I can find some deals. Maybe I'll see about a group buy or something... dave

Likely not worth this just for brake fluid.. However, what I usally do is ship stuff to Lewiston NY.. There is a place which all they do is hold packages for us Canadians.. They charge $5 per shipment usually, sometimes less if you send lots of stuff.. Very close to the border.. Here is there info:

Orion Ltd.
210 S 8th Street
Lewiston, NY, 14092
(716) 754-4346

When you ship stuff there you replace their name with yours/company name.. They will hold it for you for as long as you want.. I do this all the time.. Certainly there is a cost to gas down and back..

For the first time in my life I just visualized panties (pink lacy thong, actually), in a neat little bunch. That's hot.

Thats the beauty with these guys.. You don't need to pay anything to have a US address.. You just send your stuff their and thats it.. Plus they are like 3min after the lewiston bridge coming from Canada..

I just purchased 4x1L of the ATE Super Blue here:

http://www.e36werkes.com/

The price came out to $16 with shipping.. The unit pricing is 9.95 a piece.. Just because this is high quality brake fluid, there is no reason to buy 2.5x the price for it.. This way it's at least $8 to $10 less then here.. Next time i'll ship it to my USA address so it's cheaper..

Hi Boys. I found Super Blue at my local VW shop - they carry a lot of performance stuff for BMW's too. It's called Wunderkar and it's at Dundas and Keele. I get my Lubromoly oil and Mann filters there too. It's around High Park area. I paid $22.75 for a litre.

Later,

Maddy
