help on rim and tire size

i have a 330ci and im looking into getting 19's, i was just wondering what rim size i need to get for the front and back? the ones i looked at had 19x8.5 in the front but what is recommended for the back so it doesnt rub or hit anything? the store guy told me to go 9.5 for staggered look..and the tire size was 265/30/19 rear and 245/35/19 front i think!! what do u guys think i should get to avoid rubbing and hitting(meaning the sizes).

if you're going staggered

go with 225 35 19 and 255 30 19
or
235 35 19 and 265 30 19.

don't listen to them about 245 35 19 fronts.

remember to ask about the 19X9.5 offset, it should be 40-45. and the 19X8.5 offset should be 35ish.

Agreed.

I just got 235-35-19's and they BARELY clear my fenders/bumper. It's really close, I wouldn't advise a 245 wide tire in the front.

thanks for the feedback...i guess im going to go with the 225 35 19 and the 255 30 19...so this shouldnt be a problem with the clearing and no rubbing...i can put people in my car with this size right? and offset? my car isnt lowered..

i was reading a post and im not sure if i understood it as the tire size and rim size i asked about are for m3 fitments? 8.5front and 9.5 rear? so this wouldnt work it a non-m? would this stick out of the fenders? cuz i want to be able to put people in my car?
