its illeagal to carry around because the blade is over 3.5inches, and because its spring loaded. Any folding knife that's spring loaded is illeagal to carry around.

You can only carry concealed knives around that
-aren't spring loaded
-blade is less than 3.5 inches

bump for a great knife, people who like knives know this brand.

^^technically they're not, this falls under section 3 of the criminal code
..."A knife that has a blade that opens automatically by gravity or centrifugal force or by hand pressure applied to a button, spring or other device in or attached to the handle of the knife"

I give up.... the OP said the knife is Legally in canada, but then says that you can't be caught with it? How is it then Legal in Canada? For display purposes only?

you cant be caught with any concealed knives on you in canada... its just a disclaimer that if you buy this knife, you cant carry it on you. as in your pocket concealed. and also this is not at all spring loaded so it is 100% Legal in canada.

this is legal to sell. and i dont know the laws exactly if you can carry a knife in your car. but if you can carry a knife in your car then you can carry this knife in your car because it meets requirements 100% and is 100% legal. this was in no way smuggled into canada or anything hahaha. this is 100% legal. i dont know the conceal carry laws that well but i know which knives are legal in canada and this is legal for sure. it does not break any laws (spring, or gravity fall). it is considered a folder knife.

Everyone at work carries Gerbers, I don't know if they're this model, but they're a good brand.

Gerber is a great knife!

I've been using the same knife at work (produce market) for 4 years now, only requires tightening/sharpening!

Why are you selling it?
