OEM 50W HID Xenon illegal in GTA?

I am looking to upgrade my 2002 330 convertible from the factory xenon to the 50W HID Xenon with angel eye kit (DEPO). I know the standard xenon from BMW is 35W HIDs.

Will I get into trouble with the cops if I choose to install the 50W (or above) HIDs?

What about the fog lights? Have any Maxbimmer brothers here got into troubles with HID fog lights (I am planning on 35W HID for fog lights)?

i have hids in my lowbeams that go through projectors, and they are BRIGHT, i also have hids in my fogs, and they are also very bright!! didnt have any problems with the police, they just move over when i blind them from behind
