I know it can be unlocked at Pacific Mall. I was told by a friend it would be between $15-$25 to unlock it. I'll discount this fee if you are interested.

Isn't Telus CMDA?
Can you still unlock this for Bell Mobility as well?

Yes, Telus is CMDA but I don't know Bell
