H & R Race springs

why is it that the lowering height of the race springs is so minimal in regards to cars with sport suspension or without.

i have a 2003 330i with sport package..
the non sport package springs lower 2.0 and 1.4
sport package are only 1.1, 0.6

with sport package car...already lowerd than standard car
so...if you get the non sport package springs(29484) your fender will rub all around
you have to get 50484-88
