gorgeous e46 m3 csl in richmond hill

i was driving on elgin mills tonite and saw a gorgeous e46 m3 with csl silver letters (clearly put on afterwards) car was alpina white and very nicely modified!
who was it? license plate i think was bbdt something

thats the one! also his headlights werent working but the HID fogs were rediculously bright. im guessing the guy lives somewhere around richmond hill highschool (yonge and elgin mills)

the csl was part of the OEM trunk he had..
