i agree with you. i was in the owner's position, i'd demand a replacement as well. that being said, its is repairable damage.

I felt sorry for the forklift operator who didn't control the forks properly. Why wasn't it tied off in the first place?

Pretty sure anyone with half a brain wouldn't have moved it with a forklift in the first place. Picking up a $100k+ car with missplaced jacks...OR FORKLIFTS could cause tens of thousands of damage itself.

This video is quite old and many rumors have been spread about it.

Some bad...

My favourite: Masrati belongs to the property owner, workers tried to play a prank on him, eventually screwed up. Oops!

LOL i knew that was gonna happen, it wasn't stable at all. Breaks my heart to see that happen to such a nice car. I would definitely want that replaced.
