e39 Front and Rear bumper, w/ front lip
Excellent condition front and rear. Titanium Silver.
Facelifted so has chrome line on trim, and yellow fogs.
Front includes lip as shown in sig pic.

it's for a 5-series, so no it won't fit a 7-series

No, unless you own an e34, I can let you have a set of new halo projectors with these for $50.

That is a little pricy as you can get these used at Bmw parts shops for $120-140 a bumper

Considering with lip, sounds right.
Let's take your worst case scenario...
$140 x 2 = $280
$120 lip = .. well $120
Total = $400
