Nice ride. Reminds me of how my old car once looked like although mine was a 97. Any mods planned?

Thanks guys. Deck's working out great. Jdub-Was yours Alpine 3?
As for mods... I'm not planning much, if anything. Maybe some factory sport 16" wheels. Also I wouldn't mind the suspension being a bit stiffer I guess. Everything else is cool for me though. I'm not looking to drop too much cash right now.

Yup, it's a great colour. Was it alpine 3 in 96 as well? Your paint looks to be in great condition.

Thanks for the compliments guys. The car's a '96 it says alpineweiss III in the engine bay. Your guess is as good as mine.
Paint's great save for a really small rust spot, above the skirt in the rear wheel well, visible in pic #1. There's a few chips too, but nothing too bad. I've got some factory touch up paint that I've been applying (carefully and sparingly!).

Wouldn't that be nice...
Z3 belongs to my father. He does lets me use it once in awhile though.
I don't expect to drive it much anymore. Call me selfish, but if I'm going to be painstakingly washing/waxing a car and spending (extra) dough on gas- it better be in my own car.

Looks nice!! I'm looking to acquire a 328i as well. Bone stock preferably, as a second car. It seems hard to find one that doesn't need a ton of repairs or maintenance or isn't started to rust away.

Mine might be up for sale in the summer. Full service history, zero rust/accidents. Some members here can vouch for the cleanliness of the vehicle. if you're interested. PM me if you are intrigued

When did you find out it was a '96? I thought you had originally said '97. Not that it matters. Definitely have a nice ride on your hands! Did you ever end up doing anything with the clutch, or any work since your first bit?
I haven't on mine, but I'm noticing a few new noises that I haven't been able to pinpoint yet...

I've always known it was a '96... must have been a miscommunication.
Clutch works perfectly for me. I've done nothing to it.
Noises eh? Did Bimmersport notice?
