No they dont man. You have to know what the officer looks like though. THe officer doesnt stay outside, he comes in when he gets there.
Ive done this many times. You have to be careful though, just in case the officer is in plain clothes and not in his/her uniform.
i would pay the ticket but the guy was being a prick to me thats why i wanna try and win this...if i actually was speeing and being stupid and he reduced it i would just pay it, but since he was an ass and didn't even really catch me speeding then he should of been a prick.... and MK, i dont think i can do your trick cause all the people i know are pretty stupid and they would **** up...thats why i kept talking about me going in my own and just facing him like a man if he shows...
