Of course I don't know which ones exactly as I don't live in the US, but I've seen many people mention it, and actually just recently read a thread about how a guy took out his car and visited is local pump and pull 100 octane fuel in his car. He even had a camera phone pic showing the 100 octane selector button on the pump.

So since I don't know where that thread is anymore I did a google search for "98 octane pump gas" and this is what I got:

New York as 100 it seems:

So I could go on and on. But now you understand that in the Us they have higher octane fuels in certain locations and this is a US car. It is not a dyno queen.
