removing metal cover in valve cover

Inside the valve cover there is a metal sheet cover, I was just wondering if anyone knows the easiest way to remove this? I'm trying to make a duplicate of the cover via CNC so i need this metal sheet removed.

thanks.

your going to have to grind down the rivets/pins/whatever they are to get that cover off. PS its there for a reason so make sure you put it back on
