So there is only solution. Take it out in the rain, to a big open parking lot, and drive the shit out of it ass out. You're not hurting the car, have tons of fun, and learn a ton about controlling the car past the limit.

do it all the time once a month at 400&Langstaff (but that's too slow to have real fun, might try the high-speed ones they do at bronte stn. next year)

All right, back on topic - ME!
Was at the bodyshop today, mostly good news: The frame rails are not bent... well, just a little, the car is fixable
I am thinking of painting it white.
I started a thread at the beginning of this year, trying to sell some of the parts - pretty much everything that's not track necessary... but that didn't work out too well, so I am going to start another one again in the E30 section, watch for it in the next few days.
For people that track their E30 I have a custom chromoly half cage with driver and passenger 4 point Schroth belts, let me know if you are interested.

Thanks for the info!
I suggest a lot of weight reduction with fiberglass!

WOW!!!! I had to go back to original picutres of the crash to see the damage before and now afterwards. To be honest i would of proabably gone for another shell if i was in your shoes but its great to say you didn't give up your e30. Looks like the body shop did a A+ job....are you still going to go through the entire repaint?
