Do tickets in the US get carried over to Canada?

Anyways, it doesnt matter. When I do return from Florida, I would like to ask you in person about what you mean, as I am wondering about tickets here. I was told by the DMV and the MTO that they do not communicate. So from what I have been told, I am understanding any ticket I recieve here will not affect me at home.
