How many guys Krown spray their car before storage?

I did last year, but I'm wondering whether to do it again or not. Is it really overkill? I mean, you're spraying it to sit in a garage all winter... It's not going to see any salt.

I don't think it's an over kill. Letting a car sit is pretty bad for rusting, you'd be surprised, even if doesn't see salt.

My mechanic suggested getting the oil spray done too. I'll probably get the beater done seeing as to how it sits outside all summer.

^^ Ditto, Brand new brakes in October(2006), she sat all summer, come November(2007), tons of rust and there were no more brake pads and the rotors were peeling with rust(WTF, they weren't even a year old!!) In March I lost a brake line car has 140K. Plus I find my beater runs like crap after sitting that long.

Sadly, the beater runs awesome. Not even remotely as temperamental as the Bimmer.

On another note, I threw on the all seasons, the car is back to it's tossable, nimble self. I may have to find a set of non staggered somethings next summer. I love the look, hate the way it handled.

Had the car Krown Sprayed late last week and put it to bed today. Later than I would have liked, but things are busy...

Looking forward to getting out to some more cruises next summer. I didn't make it out at all this year.

Well my car is officially stored, took the plates off and insurence yesterday. Sadly, MY beater runs Like I'm taking a dump after eating 5 pounds of Cheese. The Alternator took a crap today, 2nd one this year, the tranny is acting up and the belt is squeling(sp?), and I think my power steering is shot(This is what happens when a car sits for months without moving, when I parked her in March everything was working great!). I am going to fix it and going to trade it in on a 2008 of some sort.. tired of blowing money for nothing. Need something reliable with a warranty! And I'll drive this one all year round.

Mine's stored in my garage.

I would drive it all year but I've got a 4wd beater. I don't need to subject my already crazy rusted car to more harsh winters. Besides, no LSD and no winter tires = major snow suckage.
