Is it also a great fit for the car? You mention earlier that some fender rolling is required, would I be better to run 205?
Thx, Rob.

Hi Jay,
Would you know where I can buy some hub-centric rings (57.1mm) for my Kosei K in the GTA? Need them pretty fast.
Thank you!

With 205/45/17 tires you will be 100% safe. With 215/40/17 tires, if the tires run wide and you have a very soft springs (which you don't, they're pretty medium) you may rub on the rear over huge bumps. Honestly don't worry about it, 215's are a better fit on the 7.5" rim anyways.

Wheels Direct has the biggest supply of rings I've seen.

Thank you, would you happen to know the bore size of the Kosei K-1 15x7 wheels?
Thanks again!

Nope, no 512 (or 912) in 215/45/16. The RT-615 is though, and yeah it will just fit without rubbing. I think your wheels will look better with that size too.

Those should actually bolt right on without any work, but please if they're HRE's get some 15mm spacers to bring them out to the fenders nicely. They won't rub with that size spacer.

I doubt those rims would fit an '02 anyways. It would hit the front strut with a size and offset like that.

Awesome!Any recommendations as to what type of 15mm spacers and lug bolts and supply source would be greatly appreciated.I believe the rims are HRE Comp 20's.The previous owner had them on a '68 1600.

Have an early arch e30 with an H&R sport suspension kit dropped 1.3 inches I believe (not installed by me). The wheels I'm interested in are DZ Exklusiv DZ1's. An obvious choice would be the 16x9s at they look great on our cars but I'm curious if I could squeeze 17x8.5 in there. Obviously I'd have to roll the fenders but could I fit them with the proper tire? Available offsets are et 15 and 30
