Canadian Turbo Retailers
Whatup,
Can anybody reccomend a canadian retailer for turbos? I was planning to buy my turbo from a vendor in the US but I'm really getting sick of bringing all these parts across the border and I dont wanna pay brockerage either so I wanna try and buy the turbo itself in canada since its another one of the high dollar items. Anyway any help would be appreciated, I'm located in Windsor so the closer the better, I'll be giving JRP a call on monday and see what kinda deal they can give me.

yeah i know that, but i think some distributors are unregistered with them, the only semi-local place I see on their site is JRP. Plus, I'll be honest, I was kinda hopin for someone to be like "oh man call _______ he'll hook you up, tell him who sent you yada yada" sort of thing .

well I found this one
ADP Distributors
Ontario, Canada
398 Canarctic Drive
North York, ON M3J 2V3
Looks like they distribute to all the retailers, we'll see if they are willing to send me just one turbocharger.

man you're in Windsor and you're worried about brokerage? Why not ship it to a UPS store in Detroit and go pick it up??? That's your best bet.. be you're own broker!

lol, yeah i've just been bringing everything over, its not a big deal but if they decided to nail me for duty i'd be hurtin. I've already brought over about 3gs worth of parts. I only have a couple more things to order and the build can begin. Gotta get myself a heater for my garage too I've been thinking about possibly doin a build thread on here, we'll see.

sorry to bring up a old thread but this might help others in the future. i bought my turbo form ADP Distributors but out of the US. Never buy form ebay no one knows how to tell a rear garret for a fake (i learned the hard way and lost some money) Also J&R turbos (J&R trading in the phone book) in Brampton can hook you up as well.
