question about H.I.D

I am in the market for some H.I.D's
I stumbled on this site which had them for a fair price.

Has anyone had any experiance on these or have any valid points they can steer me to if I should order or not from these guys?
any help would be great .

I guess i'll take a chance and order a set at 55$ and i'll let you guys know.
