Yeah those guys are from bf.c, the turbo one is Mike Radowski's I think, he ran a 10.61 as his best that day.. He said he was running around 580whp...

The other guy I think is in the 400-450 whp range (m3jasper?).

Of course it does. That's Mike Radowski's E36 Turbo M3 and Jasper's E36 Supercharged. Mike and CardCounter have pretty much the fastest E36 M3 (328) Turbo in North America. Best run for Jasper's Supercharged that day was a 11.9 @ 116mph, but his 2nd to 3rd gear shift was sloppy so he could've done mid 11's for sure.

thats M3jasper? I thought he had BBS RX and LTW splitter/spoiler ??

Yes he has the LTW rear spoiler, but they removed it that day as it created drag and made his times slower. It was discussed on Bimmerforums by the original poster of the video, i.e. M3Jasper. That's why if you look at the closer car in the video (S/C), it looks like he's got a long flat lip spoiler. It's part of the LTW rear spoiler.
