I think my ride pretty is bumpy....
guys.. all BMWs are bumpy or my ride has some problem with suspension?
do you think my ride will become less bumpy if I change my suspension??
Or changing suspension is only for better cornering?
I know people calling Lexus as boat handling but I feel much comfortable with Lexus.

wtf are you talking about?
What car do you have and what suspension is on it? (Stock nonsport, sport, aftermarket?)

General speaking, BMW's do have a bit of a harsher suspension ride, but thats because they handle better than most other luxury brands. Any car that handles good, allows you to feel the bumps in the road.
I wouldn't want my suspension any other way. I like knowing what i'm driving on!

That's bumpy..
You should try my 95 M3 with $5000 in suspension upgrades.
SHe is stiff however cornering is "WOW"!
My suggestion is if you want a softer ride buy a Lexus.

Didn't all e46 coupes come with sport suspension?
Sounds like you need an old mans car.

Worn out bushings will contribute to a harsher ride...
I know mine are shot and damn can I hear every crack in the road...

summit425... If you like to have a soft ride, then I suggest you buy OEM non-sport suspension to replace your old ones. You should also use 16" rims for comfort.
If you like driving fast and not wanting to have a "floaty" feeling, then get aftermarket suspension.. Sure you will have a stiffer ride, but you'll have more control of your vehicle when going at high speed. With stiffer suspension, for sure you will have better conering. Have you ever tried go-carting and doing a hard turn at high speed?? It is like you are riding on rail. G'luck!
