Will it fit (rims)?
Is there any way 16" rims would fit on a 2004 330i? I asked a guy who has them for sale and he said they were on 04 330ci and because if the design they fit fine.
Another question, 04 330ci and 04 330i M package, would they both have same rotors (size)?

330's had the same size rotors if it was an M package or not. As for the rims fitting, i dunno. I remember some people said that with E36's SOME 16" rims would fit on M brakes, but the 330's have a bigger disc than the E36 M brakes, so i'd be skeptical on that!

Yes but those rims fit on 04 330ci so then they should fit on 04 330i w/ m package..?

The M Sport model has the same brakes, yes.
As I posted in one of your WTB threads a month ago, 99% of the 16s don't fit. Obviously, this means 1% do.

^^yep.
i've seen 16 inch steelies on a e36 M, as well as actually a great looking pair of 16 inch contours.
most 16 inch rims that clear brakes are designed especially for BMW, so that people dont have to spend money on 17's. I used to think bmw had a set of oem 16's that would fit, but have since been proved wrong, apparently they're all aftermarket.

will not fit .. you need 17" + .. you might even run into some problems with certain 17's

Get a new measuring tape.

Same rotors in every single 330 model (including even diesels and awd).

Wrong.
The pics aren't working anymore, but here's one of many 330 guys running 16" wheels: http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/showthread.php?t=47373
Like I said, you just need specific models.

some 16"s fit.. but only a small number of them because of their interior rim design..
but i would get 17s just becausee... you can sell them easier later on?
