If I were you I'd delete this post cause if you're ever in an accident and injured, if your insurance ever sees this, they most likely wont cover your injuries or anything for that matter..

and if you're wonder how could insurance ever find this stuff.. well its on the net and they have ways.. they'll spend a few hundred to know everything about you before paying a few hundred thousand to fix you up.

^ he probably wants to know if there are SPECIAL laws for immigrants or landed citizens who own E39's and wearing seat belts.

i believe if you are caught without your seatbelts your license should be taken away for half a year and a huge fine.

whats the big deal about putting it on... its so natural to me now its like closing the door after getting in the car...

I never used to wear mine until my friend died in a crash from not wearing his.. Now I wear mine all the time... I no longer feel bad if I ever hear people gettin hurt or dieing in crashes cause they werent wearing seatbelts..

E39s are not cars that struggle to reach the speed limit. in case of a crash HERE(i don't think it happens anywhere else, like you said ), you will most probably be set flying through the car and smashing all over the place.
just keep in mind that E39 don't do 20mph only
