Hey Everyone,

I usually hang around at bimmerforums but after moving to Canada I wanted something local and most important, Canadian. And boy I am glad to find you peeps..

I wanted to sell my car before moving to Canada.. That never happened because I just love the ride.. Now I am living in downtown and there's no need for a car.

She has only 71k miles on it. Everything has been maintained by the BMW dealer. I just put in new catalyc converters. The original seats are brand new since I have been using sheep skin seat covers. The car has been maintained extremely well and I have always used premium gas. The only defect is there is a slight dent on the front hood because some idiot tried to back into it.

Previously, I listed it for $16,000.. I am open to offers but please don't offer me something really drastic. The car has been very well taken care of.

** Update ** The price has been lowered and I can't go lower than this -- Only $12k

I've been following your sale attempts on bfc as well. It does suck huge how fast these cars depreciate. Very good for people looking to get into one though! I wish I could help you out, I'd love to have another e38. But that's not possible right now.

You have it priced well now, and it looks to be in excellent shape. Someone should pick this up! ... Hound??!

good luck with your sale. I was trying to sell my 740i a little while back. My car is seriously in excellent condition and I couldn't find a buyer. Looks like Im just gonna keep it for another winter season though unless someone ponies up. Dont give your car away. If its in good condition keep it. $12000 will never buy you something that nice again.

^^ im in the same boat as well. I have my car for sale but no bites at all. 7er's are hard to sell though especially the old ones. Most people are affraid of maintaince etc. which is no worse then any other BMW, you just have to know where to go, and be willing to pickup the Bently manual and do some stuff yourself.
