what shifter are you looking for?
I have a z4 3.0L shifter in, its really short, a little knotchy, but once you get used to it, its great. But i'm trying to sell the car, and everyone who drove it, commented on it, I might just swap it out for a stock one.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but an idea came to me while looking at these pictures. Could someone (like Filip) make MTech II sideskirts that were a little taller, so that one could remove the lower moldings on the cabrio and the sideskirts would cover that awkward junction point? This way you would lose the lower molding and it wouldn't look busy. You could even utilize the clip-in holes for fastening the sideskirts.
Just a thought...

Mad props, to you for setting up your tent to do the bodywork/paint yourself. I think I'm might bite that idea just build a frame with 2x4's and seal it with plastic in the driveway.

Here's why hardtop skirts don't fit, and what you have to do to make them fit.
