I'm bored and I just thought of something about the 3-series..........

E36 92-95 = OBDI

E36 96-99 = OBD2

Then wtf is the E46?

Is ODB just for BMW or is it for all cars? What is ODB is the first place? Why is the sky blue? HAhaha Im joking for the last question, but what about the first two?
