are you talking about the front control arm "lollipops" ? If you are, I pressed mine in with a bench vise. I was installing polyurethane LCABs though.....
If you're talking about the rear trailing arm bushings, I used the BMW tool while "visiting" someone at the dealership....
Its the front control arm lol "lollipops". but i tried pressing them in with both a bench vice and a larger press n no dice. I'm starting to think i should seriously heat them up n try that. This is the only thing stopping me from fixing my car right now
