I just rashed a rim this morning, I've never done that before (guess thats what happens when I tried to make it to work at 7am off of 3 hours sleep...)

I searched for threads but its hard to find "the best place" I'm thinking about calling BMW and asking who they use...

I talked to BMW yesterday,

BMW outsources to a company called Alloy Rim Repair (416-565-7678 - Terry)

I talked to Allow Rim Repair yesterday and he quoted me 120$ to fix the curb rash, this includes a complete powder coating of the rim, he guarantees his work/finish/paint for 1 year and claims his paint matching is perfect.
