Bimmers look good in any colour. Although green is a little too British for me, I've seen a couple oxford green 3ers and 5ers and the paint/metalic quality was very good. I'd probably go with Gladdo's combo

I'll assume you mean in factory colours, I've seen a flourecent lime green e36 M3 conversion that wasn't very eye friendly.

I would order an "Individual" car. Sterling silver with black M-alcantara interior, manual seats, no wood or aluminum interior trim and 6spd manual.

The green because nobody would have it or laguna seca blue cause a really hot girl i am friends with saw one and said she would have sex with anyone with a car that nice...I asume she was joking but it couldnt hurt my cause
