Posting for a family friend: 1993 Honda Civic DX, maroon, 180,000kms, only options are automatic and a/c. New rad and tires, elderly lady driven and body has absolutely NO rust. Full service history from day one- oil changed every 3 months and tune ups at specified intervals.

$1500 is a Feeler is because the engine just blew a head gasket. If no one bites, the gasket is getting fixed and the price is going up.

Car is being fixed on Tuesday, got an estimate from CB Automotive, a Honda/Acura specialist http://www.cbautomotive.yp.ca/ it will cost $700 to fix the head gasket and you can call them to verify.

Still entertaining any offers of $1500 AS IS until Monday night- afterwhich the price goes to $2800, which is fair market value for this car.
