You mean the one that crashed on the cruise and they tried to tell me it handled great because it was so stiff? I'll never forget pressing down on the fender and feeling zero travel, and explaining to the poor guy what that meant.

I just bought an '89 325i and its lowered. The car was caked with mud underneath so I didn't see anything wrong. After I got it home I realized that the guy bottomed out the passenger side right behind the front wheel really hard, and put a dent in the gas tank. I rant about it on the "Theres always something." thread. Just watch out for everything. A pot hole looks innocent but your front end can drop and who knows what you'll take off. Good luck with the finished product though, cant wait to see it
