I never said I had a boosted 5ver, all i've ever said was that "next friday i'll definately have it at mm's" no where in that sentence do I say I have one. I think you guys just made that up. Why would I ever want one anyways, they never work even after you dump thousands into them and spend countless hours working on them.

BMW folk are starting to be a dying breed in Ottawa... 8 People at the BMWCC Cruise and 3 were from max.. that's just sick, I remember when we'd be around 15 from Max alone and 20 from BMCC.

well it was working for that whole 5 days.. then it crapped out on day6 an hour over the border

anyways i can relate to Lee's comments...and it can get dissheartening & demorilizing quick..

like after i get my car back, hopefully with the pipes touching & vibrating issues fixed..
I have to worry about some other stuff..non turbo stuff
brakes, e-brake cable, parking shoes, tranny mounts, possible ball joint or two
missing my inner fender plastic pass-side, no electric fan & my clutch fan is wobbling (still lol)
pass window died on the trip, heat blower hasn't blown me in months..

then theres the rust more & more of us have (arches, bottom of a rocker)
