R-Comp's

I looking for some r-comps for my M3 for auto-x and lapping events this year.
I am on a budget, so I can't get any of the premo stuff.
Anybody know where I can pick up some cheap ones?

Thanks

Get Toyo RA-1's and call it a day. If you can wait until the LeMans event at Mosport, contact Clay at Bimmerworld and see if he has any used ones he can bring to the event.

Make sure you get them shaved if buying new.

Auto-X and lapping are different environment. Which one will you do more?

For Auto-X you need something that will heat up quickly.

For lapping you want something that will be able to handle lots of heat.

Yeah, what he said. RA-1's are actually horrible for auto-x, they're very hard. That said they'll last forever, so if you were just out to have fun...

What does it matter though, dude never comes out to any auto-xs.
