E46 M3 Audio question....

Does anyone know if any of the E46 M3's play MP3 music, if copied to a CD as data (ie. 100 songs on a cd, not as audio, where about 18 songs can fit)???
Can i just change my 6 cd changer in trunk to a newer version. I own a 2003 E46 M3 (Jan 03 production).

Thanks!!!

you can buy a new cd changer from the dealer that plays MP3s, some cars after 2003.5 have them stock.

You'd need a Business CD radio from 04+ to play MP3s. You can get the CD changer now that plays MP3s and reads the ID3 info as well.

better and cheaper to get the DICE system which connects to your ipod and displays song info on your bmw radio display.
