Chirping noise from AC heater vents

ne1 know of this issue and how to fix it?
I heard it is the blower motor bearing shaft and a tad of lithium grease will do the trick.....ne1 have pics on how to get to this, located in the micro air filter area.

Please let me know if you do this and it works. I'm having the same issue here on a 2001 320i. The noise comes and goes... If it's making the noise, I find it's on the "level 2" fan setting.

Again, if it works, a DYI would be awesome!
