West Van is nice for driving but it's too thick for a good view. The park view is nice but you don't get as good a view of the mountains as you do from my place.

Wow, just awesome. The best part? no haze or smog.
What floor are you on? you seem to be pretty far up.

Nope, and no humidity in the summer, at all. Just gorgeous weather and scenery.
