19' on E46

Hi, i just put these massive wheels on my car .. 03' 320i

front : 19x8.5 /235/35/19
rear : 19.9.5 /265/30/19

then i lowered it .. now i have MASSIVE rubbing .. what can i do ..? thanks for the help!!

the first thing you should is put your old wheels on until you have this problem resolved.

then get your fenders rolled, possibly need to pound them out a bit. may need to work on your suspension too.

Just get the fenders rolled. I had the same setup on my 02' 330ci and it was fine after rolling. Just remember this.... No Air Bags, No Switches, No Fat Bitches..... You'll be fine!!!

Sorry i forgot to mention that i already had my fenders rolled. and it did **** all ... pardon my french. this guy from a performance shop told me to get blisten shocks .. he says there 35% more stiffer then factory ... would that do the trick? another option is getting fender flares on the rear only .. but wouldnt the body rust because of that afterwards?

9.5 is too wide for the back of the E46 sedans....no matter what offset you run. I think the coupes have alittle more room than the sedans which allows for the 9.5 width.

i went with the rennsport lowering springs. also would fender flares fix the problem?

DAMN, you beat me to it!

I think the important question here is what offset are you running on these wheels? Do M's ever run 265's in the rear, and they have flared fenders.

265 can work on a coupe. I know because I have them on my car which is also lowered. You can see a small pic in my sig. The offset on my rear wheels are pretty high though (+47). I do get the odd rubbing when I go over a dip at speed but my fenders aren't rolled yet.

On a sedan it's pretty hard to do because the rear fenders aren't as wide.

Just what I wanted to ask.

I have 18x8 in the front and 18x9 in the rear. Now I am also lowered on KONI suspension kit...(yellow shocks and bluish springs). I have minimal rubbing until I hit a dip or like today I had a 100lb passenger in the rear seats and .....dam did I hear rubbing when I turn corners.....if she is sitting on the right and I turn left I will hear the rub and vice versa. Fenders are not rolled........no one in Windsor knows what rolling the fender means

!
Also running 225/40/18 on all four rims.....not my choice bought them like this.....stretched in the rear....

Mind you that this setup was off an E36.

Anyone else have inputs?
As stated:
-Minimum rubbing with no rear passengers
-rubbing with passengers.
-Anyone in Windsor on this board that know some shop that rolls fenders?
