I like them, I just had some in the car, but I took them out for cleaning, nots just for looks, but they are actually very comfortable.

Ehhhh, those are border line rice. I wouldn't put them on my car, not cause they look that bad, well then again, they do kinda look bad. But I dont know, they just dont seem to suit a BMW. Its up to you, I say no.

i've seen them in a E36 just on the back seats. and because the belts are in the middle wasn't too bad but not in the front.
but if it makes you happy who cares about the rest

I have BMW F1 Williams seatbelt pads.
I like em, except that they tend to get annoying sometimes.
I'll probably take them off come spring time.

I have a pair too, I don't think they look cool on the rear belts. On the fronts, they aren't too obvious when tucked away but they are a pain in the a$$ becuase they keep rotating. I think they look great and gives it a sporty look on my otherwise stock like car. Maybe a little rice to some pple but if you get them, take a look in person....some are of very poor quality.
