Toronto Area Detail Shops?
Hello everyone! I'm new here but I have been on bimmerforums for a bit.
Anyways..Does anyone know of any auto detailers in the GTA that do an excellent job of polishing, removing swirls, waxing, etc?
My 540 has a lot of swirls, especially being dark green, and I feel that if I bought a PC set with pads and compound etc I would probably get into deeper trouble so leaving it to professionals is the way to go. In the spring I will decide whether to keep it or sell it, but either way it needs those swirls removed.
I've heard good things about rmp motors, but do they do detailing?
Very much appreciated!

Just outside the GTA in Thornhill, there is a shop called Pro Auto Tint . They do a great job.

Here is their website http://www.autobahnsalon.com/
I heard they do an excellent job. I'm planning on taking my car there soon. The stupid stealership washed my car after I brought it in for service even when I advised them not to wash it. Now my car is full of swirl marks.

Yea back in 95 I believe when they had to do the nikasil to alusil block replacement on my car, they washed it before they gave it back to me and when I looked at the car, parts of the chrome window moulding had scratches and they cracked my left front blinker. I told them to never wash my car again. In return for the damage they gave me 5 free oil changes and replaced the blinker.
Anyways this autobahn shop seems very good.
Thanks again!

Can you please expand on why Autobahn is not as good anymore? I'm planning on taking our cars there in the spring. If they are crap now, then I have to start looking for another place. Please hook us up with some more details.

Hi Rocka,
Autobahn has gone corporate and commercial. Meaning a lot of their attention now is devoted to just bringing in revenue to cover their overhead costs and expenses.
I still however remain a small business dedicated to ensuring the cars I detail, the customers will return for more detailing.
I can setup an account for you if you have multiple cars to bring me in which the rates will be lower.

Premier auto detailing, only way to go.
I can tell you right now, its expensive, i believe its 349$, but the car will look absolutley incredible. The contact person is chris (owner of e46toronto). If you'd prefer to call him, pm me i'll shoot you his number.
