Just picked this e36 up... *PICTURES*
So I got tired of waiting and took a trip to the bank friday to withdraw some cash... I was determined to buy a e36 that same day... After going from dealer to dealer, I finally found one that i wanted, but the price was too high. He wouldn't move on the price so after my cusin' finished peeing on the side of the dealership (which he saw lol), we left. We went across the city to the westend and found a nice little 320 and decided to take it. It's nothing too exciting yet, but it was a pretty clean ride. It was already lowered, came with a system and a ghetto dvd set up on the dash.
Here are some pictures taken with my phone. I'll post up better pictures sunday or monday once it's cleaned up.
After going to the bank to pick up the dough.
And what the dough went into.
As far as mods, I dunno where to start....

$350+ usually. Painting plastic takes a bit more prep work, and some extra paint steps.

Justin, how come some e36 have plastic rockers, and mine has metal? I thought the older ones had plastic.
btw, you're missing a windshield wiper buddy! what year is it? Price? no rust?

I picked it up for 4700 before tax. But I got rapped with tax and insurance.
It is pretty mint still, not a scratch or dent on the body and the same goes for the interior. The only thing that I will have to fix is the drivers seat, which as some tears, but the rest are mint.
Whoever owned it before, thought it was a good idea to do a half ass dvd installation, so I'm gonna remove it for now.
The car as 240k but runs like it's in it's early 100sk... pulls hard and sounds mean.
Every Option is fully working. I'll take some pics of the engine bay later... you can almost eat of it.

I'll post some interior pictures monday. It's still at the dealer. I left it there for him to take care of the plates, fix e-brake hand, change tires and for him to clean it up. Also I'm getting him to raise the front end (It was lowered), cause I doubt it will get over the speed bumps in my area.

Just take the speed bumps one wheel at a time and you should be fine. If you take them head on with both wheels going up the speed bump at the same time then you most likely WILL bottom out on the speed bumps! Leave it the way it is for now!
Congrats on the buy. Welcome to the E36 320i club!
